This is the revised edition brought up to the current market conditions of the original book that is Australia’s highest ever selling real estate book.

For me it had a huge influence on my life. Steve wrote about being unhappy working as an accountant and loving his basketball, two things I could relate to! He was and is an example of someone who chose to escape the rat race and used real estate as a vehicle to do so.

I went through Steve’s RESULTS course and catch up with him from time to time as he continues to do amazing things with his life. No doubt many others have read his books and products and can relate
