Brett Maher is not just SA’s greatest basketballer, he’s also one of Australia’s finest players. A triple Olympian, Brett’s played over 500 games, leading the 36ers to 3 championships in ’98, ’99 and ’02 and was ‘Most Valuable Player of the Finals’ on two of those occasions.
Brett played in 4 NBL All Star games (National Basketball League) in ’96, ’97, ’05 and ’06. With new coach Scott Ninnis at the helm, the 2008 season will be Brett’s last and the end of a stellar career.
